FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
Qualifications and Attributes:
- At least 3-year experience in five-star international hotel in the same position.
- Guest focused, communicate effectively, very hands on, driven, team player
- Pro-active in achieving overall resort revenue goals
- Strong leadership, analytical skills, and outgoing personality.
- Excellent knowledge in financial reports for Food & Beverage
- Strong understanding in Cost control for Food and Beverage
- Cultural awareness
- Strong Communicator, influencer, creative.
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English
